At Paria Cycling, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we've streamlined the process to get you back on the road as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is in unwashed and sellable condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
